KAWAYAN, Biliran – A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation here on Friday afternoon, where operatives recovered suspected shabu.
Gem Mark G. Ejorcadas, 28, who is from Tucdao, would be charged for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Police Insp. Ismael Corzon Jr., Chief of the Kawayan Police Station, said officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Ejorcadas in Barangay Ungale, Kawayan past 5 p.m. on Friday after he sold shabu to an undercover policeman.
Corzon said Ejorcadas has been under surveillance for four weeks.
Aside from the subject of sale, authorities seized 3 small sachets of suspected shabu and Yamaha Mio 125i Motorcycle.
Ejorcadas, according to her mother, is a feeder of their raised pigs.
Ejorcadas is now detained at Kawayan police jail pending the filing of charges. – BiliranIsland.com
