NAVAL, BILIRAN – Police arrested a suspected drug pusher in a buy-bust operation here Monday evening, July 15, 2019.
Ronald Allan R. Vicera, aka RA, 32 years old, was arrested by elements of the Naval police station at around 7:40 pm in Barangay Smo. Rosario, Naval, Biliran.
The authorities seized 1 sachet of shabu worth P 500 in the street market, a lighter, P500 peso bill used as marked money, 4 pieces of P100 peso bills and 1 piece of P20 peso bill.
The suspect will face complaints for violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. – BiliranIsland.com
