Vehicles with more than four (4) wheels and heavy equipment, please take Biliran-Cabucgayan-Caibiran Cross Country Road in going to Naval and vice versa in going to Tacloban and other parts in Eastern Visayas
Spillway/ Detour in Caraycaray River was cut-off by floodwaters on August 26, 2019 during the onslaught of Typhoon “Jenny”. This spillway/detour is unpassable.
The Caraycaray Bridge is PASSABLE for the four (4) wheels and light vehicles only.
