NAVAL, Biliran – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Saturday that 3,928 out of 5,563 examinees passed the mechanical engineer licensure examination given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering in various cities in the Philippines in August 2019.
Lester Corpin Toledo, of the Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT-U), ranked No. 1 in the August 2019 Mechanical Engineer Board Exam with a rating of 94.65 %.
Lester from San Isidro, Biliran, Biliran province, graduated Valedictorian in Elementary and High School.
