CABUCGAYAN, BILIRAN – A fisherman reported missing two days ago was found lifeless along the shoreline of Brgy. Tolibao, Capoocan, Leyte on Sunday morning, February 23, 2020.
The victim was identified as Rogelio Compuesto, 67 years old, a resident of Barangay Talibong,
Cabucgayan, Biliran.
Rogelio went missing after he sailed on rough waters due to amihan.
