NAVAL, BILIRAN – A total of 169 PCOS machines have already arrived in Biliran province today, May 4, 2013 including the ballot boxes for the May 2013 election. The synchronized final testing and sealing of the said PCOS machines will be on May 6 which will be conducted in the different polling precincts in the province.
According to Atty. Sabino C. Mejarito, Provincial Election Supervisor IV the contingency PCOS machines were not included yet in said delivery.
