PDEA 8 arrested Rey M. Robasto in a buy-bust operation at around 12:30 am, Oct. 7, 2012 at the Naval Public Market, Naval, Biliran. Confiscated from Robasto are 2 sachets of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and one (1) pc. P1,000 bill.
