Smart has the fastest 3G connection in Naval, it reaches up to 6 mbps at times. Globe’s 3G reaches only 1 mbps during daytime, one can only get 3mbps at dawn.

Globe implements a Fair Usage Policy. If you reach 1 gig in one day, it is only then that you are shifted to 2G. Smart is not strict with a data cap.
