On April 21, 2005, jalmz founded biliranisland.com. Despite the waves of trials that the website went through, we remained steadfast. Our 9th anniversary celebration last April 21 was attended by important people, pillars of the website, and pioneering staff. Also the presence of Prof. Rolando Borrinaga.
