A 21-year old young man found dead with murder weapon still on his back in a School in Naval, Biliran-Sunday Morning, April 27, 2014
“Clyde Mutya”, 21 years old, single, a resident of Sitio Grandstand, Barangay Larrazabal, Naval Biliran was found dead at the back of P.S. Eamiguel Elementary School last Sunday Morning. Victim was found dead with murder weapon still on his back by the caretaker of the School. As of now, authorities have no suspect/s yet.
