DILG Secretary Mar Roxas listens to former Mayor Gerardo S. Espinar, Sr. of the municipality of Kawayan in Biliran province as they recalled the time when they were together in the House of the Representatives.
The Secretary visited today, Monday, October 22, 2012 the former mayor at his residence in Balite Drive Quezon City at around 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
Secretary Roxas had a press conference with the media from Biliran and the administrator of BiliranIsland.com.
