Biliran Geothermal, Inc conducted a public consultation last November 30,2014, Sunday at the Caibiran Municipal Gym. But many of the stakeholders are wondering why is there no publication of its invitation for public consultation? The people of Caibiran and the people of Biliran are questioning this kind of activities with which the general public should be notified. How come, no notice to the public? Are you hiding something?
