A thousand-strong top leaders in Naval’s political arena gathers today Aug. 5 at the Biliran Garden Resort to celebrate in advance Governor Gerry Boy’s 45th birthday and as a show of support to its line-up for various elective positions in Naval for the 2016 elections under the Bando Espina ticket; including 25 barangay captains and officials of the town’s 26 barangays, as well as leaders of FOGE, women’s, youths and senior citizen’s groups.

The Provincial Election Supervisor in Biliran province, filing of candidacy will be around October for all elective positions. As of July 20, 2015 there are 27,800 registered voters in Naval out of the 102,107 in the ERB hearing.
