CAIBIRAN, Biliran – The alleged top drug pusher in Caibiran town was arrested by police authorities in a buy-bust operation on Tuesday, May 24.
Reynaldo V. Oledan, was arrested by Caibiran police at around 5:52 PM in Barangay Bariis, this town.
Seized from Oledan were three (3) pieces of small heat sealed sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, one (1) piece P500 bill as marked money, two (2) pieces P500 bill, one (1) piece P100 bill and one (1) piece lighter.
Oledan was a resident of Barangay Victory in Caibiran, Biliran. – BiliranIsland.com
