Naval, Biliran – With the police’s intensified campaign against drugs, another drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation last July 16, 2016 in the afternoon.
Jan Michael Manacap, the alleged drug pusher said to be from Ormoc city, was seized with an assortment of drug paraphernalia. recovered from his possessions were one sachet of suspected “shabu”, one unit cherry mobile and cash money of P 450.00
The policeman acting as poseur- buyer was able to apprehend the suspect in the act of selling illegal drug. The marked money of P1,500 was in the latter’s possession.
He is now under police custody and will be facing charges against violation of Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Drugs Act of 2002 – BiliranIsland.com
