Naval Mayor Gerard Roger M. Espina emphasizes to the participants in his welcome message of the 3-day Regional Rescue Jamboree, the enhancement of their skills in rescue operations to effectively save lives from natural and man-made disasters.The 31-year old mayor hopes that what the participants learn from the jamboree would make them a better rescue group in their respective places.(rvictoria)
