BILIRAN, Biliran – A man was shot dead with a gun of unknown caliber by an unidentified assailant in Barangay Julita, Biliran at 6:45 p.m. today, August 28.
The police identified the fatality as Romeo Oledan Velaro, 50 yrs-old, male, married, a resident of Brgy. Julita, Biliran.
According to SPO2 Gervacio, the victim is not in the drug list.
PNP Biliran has proceeded to the crime scene along with the SOCO team.
