NAVAL, Biliran – Two alleged drug personalities who had voluntarily surrendered under the PNP’s ‘Oplan Tokhang’ were nabbed in separate police buy-bust operations this town on May 16 and May 17.
The two alleged ‘Tokhang’ surrenderees were identified as Jonard L. Rondina and Wenny T. Caparro.
Rondina was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on May 16, 2017 at Sitio Laca, Barangay Smo. Rosario. While Caparro was arrested at 6:50 a.m. today, Wednesday, May 17, 2017 in Barangay Agpangi.
Seized items from Rondina were the following: 1 pc. small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, 500 peso bill.

The two nabbed alleged drug personalities are currently detained at the lock up cell of the Naval police station. – BiliranIsland.com
