Kawayan, Biliran- Police authorities have arrested an alleged pusher of shabu in Kawayan late morning on Friday, August 17.
The suspected shabu pusher is identified as Neo Kervin Baliber Negrosa.
Negrosa was arrested at around 11:55 am in Sito Upper Buyo in Barangay Buyo, Kawayan, Biliran.
The suspect was in possession of two heat sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu and two Five Hundred Peso bills during his arrest in the buy-bust operation. – BiliranIsland.com
