Naval, Biliran – Former Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. who is aiming for a senatorial seat wooed voters in Biliran on March 19, 2019.
He was warmly welcomed by Governor Gerry Boy Espina and his supporters. Revilla held a motorcade around Naval and visited the public Market.
