NAVAL, Biliran (BDEO) – As Biliranons get back on their feet, DPWH-Biliran District Engineering Office joins “WoW BiPSU Handog ni BiPSU” offers One-Stop Shop of government services necessary for employment and Jobs Fair on August 11, 2022 from 8AM to 4PM at BiPSU Gymnasium, Naval, Biliran.
Job seekers need to fill up an Action Slip from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) upon entrance where they write down their Names and two (2) preferred working positions. Employers will then interview applicants and immediately mark one of the following; Hired on the Spot (HOTS), Near Hired, Qualified or Not qualified.
A total of 86 interested individuals submitted applications at the DPWH-BDEO booth mostly are fresh graduates, newly licensed as well as experienced engineers.
At the same time as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has partaken the event, several National Government Agencies including Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Philippine Overseas Employment Authority (POEA), Social Security System (SSS), Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Land Transportation Office (LTO), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG also gave participation in the said event.
