Energy Secretary Carlos Jericho Petilla visited on Monday, April 7, the project site of the Biliran Geothermal project in Barangay Cabibihan in Caibiran town. Prior to the ocular inspection at the project site, Petilla was briefed on the status of the Biliran Geothermal project by an Orka official.
The briefing was held at the Biliran Garden Resort with top officials of Orka, Biliran Geothermal Incorporated, Department of Energy and some general managers of electric cooperatives in Eastern Visayas.
