Naval, Biliran – He is known as Alias Dagul in the illegal drug trade here in Naval and has been in the police watchlist for quite a time but his fate ended as he was arrested by police authorities yesterday, Saturday, September 12.
Richard Socuano Arevalo, 39 years old, married and a resident of Caneja Extension. Brgy. P.I. Garcia, Naval, Biliran was arrested by policemen of Naval police station.
Dagul was arrested in Sitio Bliss, Calumpang, Naval, Biliran at around 11:30 AM today by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Bienvenido M. Montalla, presiding judge, RTC Branch 16, for violations of Sec. 5 & 11 (selling and possession of suspected shabu), Art. 2 of RA 9165.
He is facing charges under criminal cases nunber N-3158 and N-3159.
