Naval, Biliran – At least Php 500 worth of suspected illegal drugs were seized from an alleged drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Sto., Nino, Naval, Biliran last July 2, 2016 at 2:05 pm.
The suspect is identified as Keesar Paul Opena.
Meanwhile, in a separate buy bust operation in Brgy. San Isidro, Biliran last June 17, 2016 a man was arrested for a Php200 worth of illegal drugs sold to an undercover investigator at Brgy at 10:30 in the morning.
Police arrested and identified the suspect as Rolly Juanero.
Juanero and Opena are now being detained pending charges for the violation of RA 9165. – BiliranIsland.com
