Naval, Biliran – The Naval Rescue Unit (NavRU) found the body of a 3-year old boy reported to be missing since 1:00 o’clock this afternoon, 27 August 2018.
Reynan Pantas, from Sitio Mocal-bocal, Barangay Catmon, Naval was reported missing by his family to the authorities at around 4:00 pm. PNP Naval and NavRu responded promptly to the emergency.
Extensive search was done and the child was found floating in the sea approximately 300 meters from the shore line.
CPR was done while the child was transported to Biliran Provincial Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival by Dr. Nathaniel Borromeo. – BiliranIsland.com
